Permanent banned because of third party software

I have no idea why my account has been permanently banned because of "third party software"? After a weird game when the user interface in game had something weird ( the score board doesnt show all, there was another symbol above the minimap show someone that is black and lv 0, the health bar looked weird as well) my account got permanently banned ? what can i do about this, please help me, thanks.
