A message to RIOT

Hi RIOT I have been playing league of legends for many years and there has always been trolles but for the moment me and my friends have been playing someone that started to intentionally feed for the most stupid reasons. Let me give you an example, recently me and my friend played and he was standing at his tower and reading the new changes to fiddle. Caitlyn then decides to go to mid lane and go a little too aggressive and she had to use her flash. This was in the first minute so the game hadnt really started yet. After that she then calls my friends an asshole and starts to feed the rest of the game and ruin it for everyone else on the team. After the game we reported her but we dont know if she had gotten a punishment or not and your "justice system" havent really gotten a serious reputation cuz a lot of people dont think that anything happens to them. I think that you should make your system a little more serious and start to punish these kin of people. Im not saying that you should ban them or anything im just saying that maybe they need something to stop them from trolling.
