Chat restriction because of trollers , instalockers , feeders????

hello riot community , so i just woke up today , and found out i got a chat restriction, okay i get it , i was angry and i talked too much saying ( noob , feeder , etc..) .... i get it , but just tell me will you stay calm if you have a feeder or 2 in your team? ( there was a game with LITERALLY 2 feeders (0-19 score each) ) , and another game i was with 4 players premade , and they were pushing me to talk and teasing me , and the last game we had a player ( a pyke player ) with the name "pyke kiddd" or something like that , he was feeding in the first 5 minutes and he didn't play support role as he said, all my teammates agreed on reporting him so why i get the chat restriction instead of him getting a chat restriction?, and ANOTHER game , a brand player who said i m support and he was just trolling and going all over the map and feeding , like wtf??? why people don't get freaking banned for trolling and feeding and other reasons? if there is nothing to do about this, tell me how to remove chat completely pls because i'm done of this system.

Yes. I prefer to treat trolls as something that I have no control over once they are in my game. Yelling at them is giving them what they want and there's no sense at getting upset at a game that you can safely tell yourself was lost because of reasons outside your control. So I keep quiet and just report them.
