My friend was recently banned for 1 game without any cr b4 here is the chat log.

I mean its super bullshit to be banned for this ... Like no cr ? 1 game is enough ? Ok i can tell he was cocky and stupid but i can udnerstand trigger word was %%%.. but its out of context how can this be ? this shit is so unfair even i met a lot mroe toxic ppl calling each other names n shit withotu any suspensions ... and this ?

Contact support, and they'll take a look.

You got banned due to the 0 tolerance words, but all you were doing was quoting someone.

For future reference: A single report is just as effective as 9 reports. There is no reason to tell someone you'll report them.

Also, don't repeat what a toxic person writes. The system can't differentiate between you just repeating someone, and you being toxic yourself.

In the Terms of Use, are you to never say anything that zero-tolerance in Riot's service. That means even repeating it or quoting it. Just because you didn't directly say to anyone doesn't mean you get to say it in the chat. Like any other policy when agreed to, you simply just don't disregard it if you want to remain in its service. If you do anything that is against work policy, you get a warning or fired, if you do anything against an event policy, you get removed, fined, or even banned from attending any of the events held by that company. Riot's policy is the exact same. If you disregard their policy, they remove you from their service. They take back the account you privileged to use and they ban it as the TOU implied.
