A thought for a thought

Greetings fellow summoners . I've been playing this wonderful game for a very long time, since the end of season 1 to be more exact . And one thing that constantly bothered me is toxic behavior. Now the rather recently added mute button fixed the in game problem to some extent ( the one being toxic will always under-preform , compared to those that aren't focused on typing all sort of rubbish instead of trying to have fun in the game, but others are free to mute him and continue their game ) . Other great stuff such as remake was added to further improve the competitive play , making it more fair . But that's where things end. You can't really blame the devs , simply cuz' they can't be held responsible for peoples behavior. But what they can do is ''cast'' aside those that aren't for team player based games feel unwanted and thus either change ( that would be the best ) or just move along to something else. Just yesterday I had a game of ranked , as usual that happens in promo games, that seem to be a problem for most of people , the game was a fair game, both teams rather equal ( great matchmaking that one ) , but our jungler decided it is better to flame , grief mid game , and thus started to drag our teammates to under-preform , now we fixed that in game by muting him. We did lose, cuz' I guess he had enough and left the game at 38 min mark, I would call it a rage quit but I can't be 100% sure since he was on mute . Game after that was even worse. Again the fix was in game mute, we lost that one since the enemy team was playing better than us. Now, the player that is muted in game , isn't muted in the lobby after and then you can't miss what ''juicy'' sentence he has put up for others , that right there is what devs CAN change . I usually don't get offended by words , but sometimes life ain't the nicest and I use my free time to relax and have some fun playing I game I enjoy . And yet I couldn't ''mute'' that player ''hard'' enough to skip what he had to say in that lobby . I felt that just a report wasn't enough so I contacted Riot support , and the lead supporter told me to start a discussion here about what I suggested to him. So I started to thing and I think that one guys wishes aren't enough to change something, but it is enough to spark it. That's why I want others , that were in my position or that saw something similar to rise their voices ( votes in this case ) to bring that change. Let us start a poll , should the player that you muted in game also be muted outside (lobby/friend request) as well ?
