I had two instalockers in my team, got low priorty queue.

So I decided to play a nice game of League of Legends. I wanted to play blind pick, called jungle first, locked in Shaco and didn't pay any further attention to the matchmaking. In game I saw that there was a Lee Sin jungle on our team, that obviously instalocked. We also had a Pantheon that instalocked on the toplane, which was flaming me the entire game, saying I was bad, but I just couldn't do anything. The Lee Sin managed to steal my buffs so I was really far behind. All this really got me tilted, and after 25 minutes of getting flamed and Lee Sin stealing my buffs, I was really tilted and decided to go afk. When I wasn't level 30 yet I used to leave a lot of games, because I still lived with my parents. That's why when I get low priorty, it's 20 minutes. Now I've got five games with 20 minutes low priorty, for leaving a game with two trollers. I'm not looking for a solution, but I just want your opinion. What do you think Riot should do about this? It's obviously a problem, and I don't think giving me the low priorty queue is the right solution.

Not that you're a bad person, but you contributed to your experience by locking in early. Blind Pick is chaos, and you need to remain flexible even if it means occasionally submitting to the will of a rude or inattentive teammate. This is doubly true if it turns out that Lee actually DID out-call you for jungle.

Furthermore, you shouldn't have afk'd. You've had low-priority queue before, right? Next time you're having a bad game, just endure the ~10 minutes it would have taken to lose, rather than the 100 minute penalty.

Honestly, Blind Pick is just a bad game mode. Stick to draft if possible.

Low priority queue is for afk-ing repeatedly in a short span of time. One game wouldn't get you there. Or two. Or three.

If you got a 20 minute wait time then it means that you have a history of frequently leaving/afking. The system has built-in leniency for unexpected situations but frequent leaving/afking will use that leniency up. To get it back you have to not leave/afk in games and take care of everything that you need to do before you queue up for a game. From the Leaverbuster FAQ:

HOW LONG WILL I REMAIN IN THE LOW PRIORITY QUEUE? You will be placed in the low priority queue for 5 games. If you continuously leave, the low priority queue timers increase from 5 minutes per game to 20 minutes per game.

IT'S NOT MY FAULT. MY INTERNET/YOUR SERVERS DISCONNECTED ME. I HAD A REAL-LIFE EMERGENCY. I HAD TO GET OFF THE COMPUTER. THE GAME CRASHED. UNBAN ME! We understand that players may be forced to leave from time to time so the system has been designed to keep these situations in mind. After leaving a few games, you will be placed into a low priority queue; as long as you can complete 5 matchmade games without leaving, you will be returned to the normal queue. However, if you continue to leave games, you will remain in the low priority queue.

you seem you afk a lot then because one afk doesn't get you there

anyway your story is weird, like i didn't get how pantheon was "instalocking", lee picked a second jungle, pantheon picked top, you can't call dibs for two roles, you know, and you were a jungler

imo they should ban people like you, instead of banning for verbal abuse

I think their system is garbage.
