New report idea: If someone who isn't udyr isn't using their ult more than once a game

They should be punished. I had a rengar who was 0/10 from getting low, walking away from his enemy laner as I watched and pinged him to leave, before he walked back in and said "FUCKING %%%%%R" every single time. He never used ult in game. We had a kalista-yasuo bot lane (yas is the """support""" and neither ult'd in fights except once by kalista and two seperate times by yas. I should be able to report these players because they lost us a 5v4 by trolling, but I can't because """THEY'RE JUST HAVING A BAD GAME""" says riot. """THEY'RE PURPOSELY HANDICAPPING THEMSELVES BUT THEY AREN'T AFK SO THEY MUST BE TRYING, HAVE SOME SYMPATHY :((((((((((( """ they insist.

First of all; Only Udyr is exempt from it? Not shapeshifting/transforming Champions like Jayce, Nidalee, or Elise? Why just Udyr?

Second, if someone chooses not to use their Ultimate in a given situation, that's their call. It may not be the right one, but you aren't the judge of what they do, when they do it, or how. They should not be reported simply because they didn't ult once.

i think the n word report would suffice.

ive seen a game where qtpie didnt ult on jhin in a game, since no situations really came up. (they lost lol)

I'd rather have a Karthus who does ONE well-timed ult during the entire match than have a Karthus who just spams it every time it's up.

Timing is key. YMMV
