New report idea: If someone who isn't udyr isn't using their ult more than once a game

They should be punished. I had a rengar who was 0/10 from getting low, walking away from his enemy laner as I watched and pinged him to leave, before he walked back in and said "FUCKING %%%%%R" every single time. He never used ult in game. We had a kalista-yasuo bot lane (yas is the """support""" and neither ult'd in fights except once by kalista and two seperate times by yas. I should be able to report these players because they lost us a 5v4 by trolling, but I can't because """THEY'RE JUST HAVING A BAD GAME""" says riot. """THEY'RE PURPOSELY HANDICAPPING THEMSELVES BUT THEY AREN'T AFK SO THEY MUST BE TRYING, HAVE SOME SYMPATHY :((((((((((( """ they insist.

First of all; Only Udyr is exempt from it? Not shapeshifting/transforming Champions like Jayce, Nidalee, or Elise? Why just Udyr?

Second, if someone chooses not to use their Ultimate in a given situation, that's their call. It may not be the right one, but you aren't the judge of what they do, when they do it, or how. They should not be reported simply because they didn't ult once.

Because if you're playing a transforming champ and not using half your kit you're trolling. Udyr can literally never go phoenix in his tiger build and be none the worse for it and vice versa. There's nothing to "discuss." It's clear udyr is an outlier because he chooses Q or R and doesn't put points in the other unless the meta calls for it (which is rare.) You asked why champs who use their ults constantly to access another 3 abilties shouldn't be exempt from this proposed rule. It's obviously stupid to ask because an iota of a second of thought would tell you the reason and as such it has no purpose nor relevence in this topic.

Two? So three is okay then. The point is you can't judge if someone is trolling or not based purely on a single criteria.

Difference is that you've already proven your intent, whereas you don't really know if the Yasuo sucks or not.

I said I would troll in the same manner yas did. Yas doesn't need to land anything when 2 people on his team have aoe knock ups. Use your head more please. We humans were given the gift of knowledge.

But you still declared an intent to troll.

And Now you throw a temper tantrum because someone wont duo with you. Also, maybe Yas didnt want to waste his Ult on a potentially BAD setup. You know some ults, knock ups one player while there are 3 Enemy players within striking distance. The moment he ults, He is put in the center of a 1v3/1v4 with potentially No way out (I wouldnt, I dont have any faith in this community not to try and help cover his escape, they will just run and save thier own ass, leaving him to die)

If I were him, I wouldnt ult into a setup like that.

ive seen a game where qtpie didnt ult on jhin in a game, since no situations really came up. (they lost lol)

Not for the other two it wouldn't and in a losing game there should be plenty of chances to ult, especially as a kalista+yasuo combo.
