how do i get banned for talkin back to the person that was trollin me

what the hell is wrong with riot ill tell you I got banned because I was having connection issues and he went ahead and kept saying to report me constantly and how bad at the game I was so I started to talk smack back then I get banned because I was the one being offensive even tho I never been reported I get a 14 day suspension I feel like league ain't even worth playing no more I wish I could get back the hundreds of dollars I spent on skins and other content this is totally not fair and me and 3 people reported the guys and he doesn't even get banned riot need to fix a few things and I'm not even sure I like the game anymore ive started playing paragon and smite because riot treats ppl like me very unfair signed a very angry loler >:^)

Chat logs please. Rarely does it escalate without the use of hate speech or abusive terms.

While waiting for those. Why did you even respond to the guy? Apologize for connection issues and ignore/mute him. You are responsible for your actions. The number of people who report for 1 game doesn't make much of a difference unless someone is being more detailed in their report.

you park too close to the car in front of you. someone rear ends you. yes, they're responsible for rear-ending you, but you are responsible for rear-ending the car in front of you because you parked too close to them.

likewise, you are responsible for any behavior you make, even if it is ultimately because of a reaction to someone else's behavior.
