Chat Limited For Responding to a Bully

So I am chat and reward limited because I wouldn't take shit from a bully. Whats most infuriating is he was the typical "ima report you foo" type player who initially instigated and didn't receive shit for punishment himself. Even in the initial chat evidence I am linked with, it shows me initially trying not to fight with the dude. But of course the one-sided "evidence" chat logs show NONE of his responses or initial instigation. What the f riot? Are you really that bias and not open to disputing this kind of bs?
