What is with the league of legends community?

I just played a 45 min game that started off with 3 of my teammates running it down mid. No joke. I was so upset that instead of just quitting I decided to farm my jg and report them at the end. Well the Syndra started following me around in the jg and stealing the monsters with her w and such so that the camps would reset. I ended up flamming them the whole game and I am not proud of it. I said some things I do regret but I had no other way to vent. If I had just quit then I would have been the one in trouble and nothing would have happened to the 3 players who qued up together to int in other peoples games. I am fairly certain they even DDOS me but I don't even care about that because I cannot prove it.

I recorded the game because I knew the bans system would let them slip through the cracks because their match history showed that they don't do that all the time. So I looked around for some place to get help reporting these players in a more official way but I couldn't find one. I went put the video on youtube and posted it on Reddit hoping for anything to come of it but just like anything else on Reddit it immediately received a bunch of downvotes (I expected as much). Well I looked on league forums and everywhere I could think of and Riot has made it so that calling out players and anything like it is against the rules. They also made it so that the ONLY way to report a player is through their report system at the end of games.

I had to vent somewhere and I figure anyone else on this reading through this area of the league of legends boards has experienced this as well. I just don't know what more I can do but what I do know is that it isn't fair that others will HAVE to play with those 3 inters. I went to their op.gg accounts and saw that they have been playing for YEARS. Clearly nothing will be done about them and I just don't know what to do. I don't want to quit league because me and my friends and family have invested so much time and money on the game. I just don't see any way that I can go on playing this game when Riot tries so hard to ignore behavior like theirs but will ban someone for little things. I guess I just came here looking for hope in this community in some way. Everywhere that anyone has discussed this happening to them has resulted in a lot of "QQ" and "baby rage" from the community. I just want to believe there are good people playing this game. This isn't even about me getting inted but how the community treats people who get inted. I just feel hopeless because of how much I have put in this game and for what I have gotten out of it.
