This kind of players ruining the game and they should be punished heavily. He started running down mid because the jungler ( which was me ) didnt gank at his lane. Eventually we won the game in the end because the rest of the team remained calm and focused. If there is any one from Riot reading this post, i can send him the original picture with the name of the player so he can be checked.

In the LCS he was camped to all fucking hell dove under his turret multiple times and getting analed up in top lane. You know what his jger did? Well in your eyes his jg did nothing but anybody who knew how the game works Dyrus getting camped was not so bad because their jg was able to apply much more pressure in mid and bot and secure drags much easier. People like you and this draven who have no idea what to do when they get camped are the same people who complain about not having a "fair" 1v1 in mid or top.

But yeah, it's a bit odd that you'd bring up an image from a year ago and try to pass it off as something that potentially happened recently.
