Fix what's broken

I just started playing this game a few months ago. It's a great change of pace from other games but one huge problem it has is the players. I can honestly say that 20% of my games have had someone either AFKing, rage quitting, saying some outlandish anti-Semitic or intentionally feeding. But today was the best I think. In a queue we were picking our champions when one person said he "had to go to basketball practice" so we all said take the dodge or we report. He then said he didn't care. And would intentionally feed. THEN he proceeded to ban the one champion I had already selected and wanted to play. So, my choices were to waste at least 20 minutes of my life or step up and bite the bullet for the whole tream. So I took the dodge. Now I'm writing this with the 6 minute ban I HAD TO TAKE to prevent one person from wasting 20 minutes of our lives. This game is great, I love everything about it, but your afk / queue system is broken. The fact that players aren't more aggravated by this over the duration of its existence is beyond me.

what is broken is that many people think that the report system does nothing, as they only get report notifications if it was the last straw that banned someone (won't get a notification if it was building towards their case).

Riot is working on improving the perception of the instant feedback system, but we won't see it until after the new client is released, which isn't too far down the line.
