Botting is getting out of control

I play vs AI almost every day. I'm an older player and my skill is not as good as the younger players. So I choose to play AI. Just to have fun. This whole week I have been reporting players for botting and it progressively getting worst. I just got out of a summoner's rift vs AI that had 3 bots. This needs to stop. How does Riot continue to allow this to keep happening. It's ruining the mode of the game I like to play.
