Hi... I admit i've been really toxic one game ... but please don't ban my account permanently ban it for 1 month 2 months .. please i donated on this account and i don't want to lose it ... Please answer my request

You must have achieved radioactive levels of toxicity if a single game was all it took , i suspect you have been careless in many other matches and gotten reported a lot before only to have one big case that finally got you banned.

My point was that you seem to fail to realize that you've either been toxic, negative or done something else, single time offense unless something seriously huge would not get you banned, and a previous ban should already have told you that you were doing something wrong.

The fact that you didn't learn your lessons back at that point can only be blamed at a single person, we must all take responsibility for our own shit.

Well thank you for Calling me wierd i appreaciate that, but are you telling me that just becouse it makes money its not needed? Thats the only reason it excist, thats why skins excist they're not nessesary for gameplay, not to mention LoL itself is a cashcow Riot is a company thats main objective is to make money.

well there is legitimate ways to handle digital content. Dota 2 doesn't do it neither does blizzard, they just ban the accounts chat privileges and then if they troll they go in an LP for a very long time,no ranked ,no normal games,do not pass go,and do not collect 200 dollars. It's fine to make money of course its a business what's not okay is to not deliver on content someone paid to unlock. You can actually make charge-backs and win if they ban your account and almost every small claims judge agrees with that if you do not own something you paid for and they took it back then you are not obliged to pay the money forward.

You can always ask in a support ticket, but when an account is banned they really don't have much leniency. Heck a friend of mine put in 8 tickets worth just to get chatlogs for an account that was perma'ed and is still discussing the ban after two weeks of getting terrible copy paste answers.

Context The only reason he even cares about the account is because it was one that had his op.gg stuff on it and had all his statistical data for analyzing what he was doing wrong in games. But he is still playing with his 3 other smurfs and climbing back to plat 1 dunking on his main darius and still making it hell for low elo player along the way. He even told Riot last time he smurf'ed he felt bad since he makes people at low elo lose since he understands the game better and makes people pissed off as he is climbing. They could care less and told him even though he never used curse words, and but that "stop feeding the enemy laner and just leave my lane alone and gank other lanes" was way out of line. (he doesn't know realize he is talking to brick walls half the time.) Like how is that out of line he is telling him stop dying to my laner and go help other people. Sure might be the nicest way to put it ,but all he wants to do is not have his jungler come gank a winning lane only to feed away his lead. If you can't even say stuff like that then idk why you use chat. Heck you can use spam pings to call baron/dragon and use the ping system to do everything else like mias and flashes, or even how much gold you need so you are not backing but sticking around a little longer to get the 50 gold you need for that bf sword.

The idiot never listened to me before his permaban but now even started doing what I do on my new main and never uses chat. I kinda laughed at him telling his silver jungler (while he is climbing) to piss off and go bother someone else's lane in discord. Like in discord he stoped giving any craps lol ,so I think it made him worse. LOL GG RIOT you put more salt into the game.

That is the only way usually you get a response and usually they don't care. You'll have to hope they make one of the few exceptions to permabans but usually they won't un-ban any account and you'll have to get a new one. They just took your money basically (i think account banning is kinda like a scam), hope you used paypal or credit card so you can do charge-backs to get your money back. In the future use paypal and credit card if you really feel the need to purchase stuff, and then you can contest the charges up to 6 months after the transaction has gone through.

Crap like this is why I play Dota 2 more often and never use money on league.

They are in lower priority queue with the rest of the trolls. That or silenced forever. I don't know where you heard dota 2 was worse? Have you ever played the game? The only thing I can complain about is all the russian/spanish people talk in game, but a lot of those still play perfectly fine. Sometimes you find a troll but they get sorted out quickly and are only found at lower mmrs usually unless someone bought an account at high mmr, which does happen but not often. (this also happens in league)

permabans don't solve the problem either, people can make new accounts or get ones from account sharing sites. Nothing stops them from buying accounts from botters since most of those sites are so large that they even guarantee new accounts if yours gets banned for that reason.

The only thing this ban system stopped me from doing was using chat(gl communicating in ways other than pings) and spending money on skins. Heck I have 3 smurfs with 50+ champions, if one of them ever got banned for being toxic then I would move to the next even though I don't use chat since its the fastest way to get banned. I just use discord and tell people I'm muting all of them so join or dont talk to me. In discord I can say anything I want, doesn't matter what I say or what i do and as long as they have a mic(which most people do) then they can just click a web link no download required.

Well i don't remember from i heard that dota 2 has toxic players that surpass in toxisity lol players but o'm sure it was somewhere on facebook. Sure they can buy those accounts, riot knows they will becouse knew accounts don't have those skins that they bought and if they buy them again it means more money for riot. So thats an intersting way, but how many people do that? Sure you use discord to comunicate with your teammates that way avoiding chat, but not everyone will join that discord and even if they will if you start trashtalking they'll just leave and no communication makes it harder to win. Or what if your teammate can't run discord together with league becouse of trashy PC or high ping again lost communication, less chance to win.

Idc if you join discord, not my problem sucks to be you. I can trashtalk all i want to a bad player in league if i think they are doing bad and not get banned. Also if they can't run discord through a weblink then they deserve to not be in the call since they are probably bad anyway if they have high ping and would be silver or lower anyway. They don't have to download discord btw lol you know nothing about it.

Also the argument you made about dota 2 being more toxic makes me laugh. We mute players permanently and there are hardly any account sharing sites for dota 2 that aren't mmr boosters. So they either have to pay big money for an account or start new ones which no one wants to do since they have to give up any skins or battle passes they bought or any items that they got from drops. So instead of saying go buy another account for less than an ultimate skin, we say okay keep your skins just stop saying stuff, It's more carrot than stick you see. The only thing you can say bad about our communties is that they have a lot of Hispanic and Russian people. But them talking really does nothing as long as I can mute them since I don't understand them anyway. I also get a kick out of hearing my spanish speaking friend explain what they are saying while I try to tell him what the Russians are saying since I want to learn that and Mandarin . Usually now i get the most of what they are saying, but am not fluent yet. I think having a more multicultural server on NA also makes it better not worse like some people think. I bet that is what your Facebook post was about btw not the toxicity but the Russians that a lot of us either ignore or talk to.

If they troll i report them end of story nothing you can do when someone decides to troll. But they usually end up in LP and i don't ever have to see them again usually since the punishments get worse and worse and is a hell upon this earth that traps the trolls. IF you don't know what I'm talking about then go do your research that you failed to do on discord.

1st man so many people don't use discord to just talk with ramdom strangers, if they want to talk while playing league they just invite people they know and then use discord or skype or whatever they like. And it doesn't mean that they're trash if they have higher ping then 0, sure it helps to have lowest ping and PC you can get, but its not nessesary if you can run LoL on 60fps and decent ping and you are good at your game you can use lowest graphics with your computer all i care.

Programs that you run on your PC causes lag and ANYTHING that is using internet causes high ping, so it doesn't matter if you have downloaded discord or using it on a browser it's going to cause high ping. And hey piggy not everyone can afford a computer that can run Titanfall overwatch LoL and Goat simulator all on max graphics at the same time with no drop in performance.

Did you really not get that i when i was talking about loosing skins i had in mind LoL and not Dota 2? I told you last time that ok maybe i was wrong becouse i used outdated info, so please just drop it.

Well thats a nice system Dota 2 has, but its not really solving toxic problem its more like sweeping under a rug and forgetting about it AND YES LoL solution is not very diffrent but atleast they make something out of their problem and thats MONEY what a company should do.

discord is an anonymous server, you would know that if you actually did the research. I also see tons of people do thus in league as well as using discord servers to talk to plenty of random people online in community based servers. Usually if you are having ping raising issues you are either 1 having low bandwidth problems or have terrible ISP. If you can't run league and discord then you are in low elo, I'm talking about high elo not low elo. Also you have a very poor computer since both can be configure to use very little system resources.

I think segregation is a solution actually. If you segregate the toxic players then they can still play the game, have the things they bought, and still get to play the game without creating new accounts to troll/flame with. It's not sweeping under the rug when in fact you are making the regular community better and more and more thoughtful of what they are doing when they do things like dodging even. The dodge system in lol only hurts your play time and if you have multiple accounts again it doesn't punish anything since you don't actually need skins to play and I don't even use skins since they are cosmetic stuff that has no bearing on game-play(except in special cases like project ashe). In dota 2 if you dodge you can still play but you have to play with others that have afk'ed in a curtain number of games. So it teaches you to be more thoughful by giving you a taste of your own medicine, and the same could be said with trolls. What does getting new accounts teach a community when there are so many account sharing sites that they can use to bypass it. We don't have them in dota 2 except for high MMR accounts which is more like elo boosting here.

So in summary lol teaches nothing since people can easily bypass it as long as they don't buy skins or other cosmetics. In dota 2 it teaches you to be considerate by giving you a taste of the despair your in acted on your teammates with your in game actions. Chat however is an incentive to not change accounts and lets you keep everything that you have owned and guarantees you will have what your spent money on. So in LOL don't buy skins buy accounts so you have security. In dota 2 buy skins because you already have account security. From an investment standpoint dota 2 has a much better policy since you will never lose your money, only your privileges to do things like talk in voice or type in chat.

Posting here isn't actually able to change your ban. While the Riot staff do pop in and comment from time to time, you would need to contact support like the guys posted above to try and see about getting the ban overturned. Though if you have already had a 14 day suspension for toxicity, it's not too likely that they will overturn it. It's usually only overturned in the case of their error, and not overturned for any toxicity, third party, mmr boosting, etc.
