Permanently banned without any prior suspensions.

sigh... where to start... past 3 days I've climbed out of bronze and got to silver 4.... the hype was getting higher and higher and as I started losing I released my anger on my teammates. I know I should have not done it and I really apologize but as I knew riot had a tribunal and suspension system made to change players... I didn't have any prior suspension on this account before and I got permanently banned because of being toxic in like 5 games.... I was really a douche but why can't I get a softer suspension first such as a 2 week or a month one? PLS RITO help mee.[zombie-nunu-tears]
