I cannot log into my e-mail - an address I used to sign up to LoL with and I haven't used it a single time for anything else... Please inform me of your decision to permanently suspend my account.. I deserve to know why and if it's a mistake it needs to be reversed

There may have been a chargeback issued by your bank/credit card for RP you purchased - in which case you need to contact support and resolve the payment issue (i.e. give them the money) and they will unlock the account.
Your account may have appeared to have suspicious activity, i.e. someone hacked/compromised your login information. This would also be possible if you purchased, transferred, or otherwise are not the original owner of the account. There is no "legal" manner in which to buy or transfer an account to another person or from another person. If you were merely hacked into (if you fell victim to phishing, for example a free RP site that was not legitimate) then Riot Support can validate you as the original owner after you answer some questions, and they'll then return the account to you. If you bought/sold/transferred/shared the account, you are out of luck and they will not return it.
This may be a manual ban for some reason that is not common, in which case they may or may not return the account when whatever issue is resolved.
nerak231 votesLog out, log back in. If this doesn't work send in a ticket from your account you use for the game, or this board they can link accounts from here.
If you do this you will need a e-mail account, send a support ticket. Be polite & precise don't over explain. Don't bump the ticket.
Under the correct circumstances Riot will help. They have done so for me. It may be a security issue. GL, friend please let us know how it works out for you.
If you can't get help the way I've explained, then you might do an at Riot thread.

He said the login popup told him to check he email for the reason. So less likely to be chat- related.
