I cannot log into my e-mail - an address I used to sign up to LoL with and I haven't used it a single time for anything else... Please inform me of your decision to permanently suspend my account.. I deserve to know why and if it's a mistake it needs to be reversed
I cannot log in at all. I get a popup box that says my account has been permanently suspended and to check my e-mail on the details why but I cannot check my e-mail because the account I signed up with is void.
Log out, log back in. If this doesn't work send in a ticket from your account you use for the game, or this board they can link accounts from here.
If you do this you will need a e-mail account, send a support ticket. Be polite & precise don't over explain. Don't bump the ticket.
Under the correct circumstances Riot will help. They have done so for me. It may be a security issue. GL, friend please let us know how it works out for you.
If you can't get help the way I've explained, then you might do an at Riot thread.
Did it give you the chat logs? Were you toxic in any way?
