Why was I given a chat restriction for this?

So below I am posting my 1 game I apparently was seen as toxic and received a 25 game chat restriction for this. I am curious as what Riot saw in this body of text that makes me toxic. The rundown of the game went as follows from what my comms were converying: My duo's pc would not open league and was being spammed in the game so i told him to stop pinging please cuz its spamming. Then my top lane wukong teleported down to bot and we got a couple kills when i ping for dragon I tell him to go top to advise him to go ahead and head back top to catch his wave and we can secure dragon without him. To that he responds "Shut the fuck up" which i didn't take to kindly too and and got in a little back and forth typing to him about how that was uncalled for and i was just trying to help progress the game along. As for the lucian I refer to, he was spamming our chat the entire game and i finally muted him and decided to tell him he was really good. That was the only thing I assumed he wanted to hear. I really love how Riot decides when you now get a chat restriction that only your comments matter and take zero context into the game. I am simply asking why after one game where I did not truly feel I did anything toxic or try to provoke my team to being tilted why i am given such a long punishment. Please respond with what it is in this body of text that makes me so toxic that I deserved this punishment after my 1 game "outburst".
