Chat restricted, can I get explanation?

I was chat restricted for the following chat log during the game:

I realize I wasn't encouraging my team but I don't think I was harassing anyone. I don't have the other players chat log but if I remember correctly the guy was telling me to stop playing League, uninstall, etc. which I ignored comments like that. The only thing that might be toxic is when I said better mid wins and better bot wins but that was in response to both those lanes harassing me saying better jungle wins so I tried to defend myself and explain what happened. I didn't afk or anything either so maybe someone can explain what part of my chat was toxic enough for chat restriction? I lost my honor rewards and being chat restricted isn't particularly fun.
