You could wait for .... you know the day to be over
The time is in PST and will end exactly when you were given the ban (and will be in your email).
It would depend on what time the ban started. Riot's system uses the Pacific Standard Time. So, if your email says you were suspended and it arrived at 11 PM, you'll need to convert that from PST to your local time. But if after midnight, you still cannot play, you might want to send Riot an inquiry.
You ban ends the exact time of day you where banned.
