The answer is, "as long as it takes."

Not super helpful, but I've been there and it depends on how much you play and whether you receive any valid reports during that time. The goal is to have no negative marks on your account going forward. Do not argue, criticize, or flame people in game at all and it will happen reasonably quickly. I was unfortunately down to honor zero after a couple chat restrictions a couple seasons ago, and I would say it took me 4-5 months to get back to honor 2.

No set amount of time. Varies from person to person. Negative behavior not worth a full bump on the punishment tier list, slows honor gain.

I went from locked honor 1 on March 4th to honor 2 on May 9th. About two months of good behavior with consistent games every day. Anyone who says it takes longer than that is continuing to be toxic.
