So I was playing a game against a Jax and I raged at him because of playing Jax. Then they reported me and one day later I was trying to join a game and then I got perm banned. I was suspended once but the thing is that I have lots of friends that do this to and they don't even get suspended or banned but I do. Why do I then get suspended? And am I not allowed to rage?
I think if you use hate speech or extremly toxic, you are perma banned
Do you have chat logs? What was said in the e-mail sent to you? Its most likely in the spam folder.

Your problem was probably because you did it too oftenly which between a short period of time, will get you punished very fast. The amount of games you and your friends play are different, but if they get the same amount of reports as you within the same duration, they will also get permaed.
