Is this viable for a perma ban?

I just recently received a permanent ban for "being toxic". I understand that in the past I've said thing that could be offensive, but nothing worse than what everyone else says. I try to be supportive person in all my games. When given the two examples for the "permanent ban" you can see in both yes I wasn't in a good mood but I was only responding to people trolling the games I was in.

The worse thing I see in there is calling cait "stupid as fuck". This was after she told me to kill myself multiple times and that I should of been aborted. Obviously it was the wrong thing to say but I was angry and very much tilted because I had gotten ganked under my tower 6 times in 10 minutes by Hec in mid lane, but cait was saying it was my fault and I got angry. Yes i was tilted but I tried to the very end of the game, you can see me trying to support my team in the chat. In the second game I was trying to stop the Kayn from fighting other people. He went afk and started blaming us all whenever he died, yes i got tilted and was harsh. I do not think this should of resulted in a Permanent ban. Maybe a chat ban but I've seen way worse with people being racist and sexist and still not getting chat banned. Honestly I'm just very sad. I've poured hundreds of hours, thousands of games, and hundreds of dollars into this game just to be treated like this... its depressing honestly. I think there is a misshap and I just want my account back. I dont care if I need to be permanently chat banned or whatever I just want the account that I've put multiple years into back. I dont think my actions are a good cause for a permanent ban. I just want an honest opinion.

You must have had previous punishments, which warned you that you were headed towards a ban if you kept being toxic. It's not necessarily the severity of the toxic behavior, but the repetition. If it's toxic enough for a chat ban, then if you keep doing it, it will get you banned.

(Cranking up the severity of the toxic behavior just gets you banned faster.)

Yes. You look like the kind of person who nobody wants on their team because if you do anything wrong you'll instantly give up the entire game and just nonstop in chat blaming others trying to find reasons it could possibly not be your fault.

If this was your first offense, then yeah, it definitely doesn't warrant a perma ban. But since it's not, and you repeatedly continue this behavior after other warnings, a perma ban is unfortunately what needs to happen to stop you from ruining more games.
