Is a 14 day ban really necessary?

Alright I get that I say the f bomb a lot in chat and make some negative remarks but here’s how it goes. Passive aggressive player on my team - intentionally picks something “troll” top lane and feeds the enemy team 2 kills early on because he didn’t get to play what he wanted top. I’m in my promos, I give a crap about climbing. Alright I broke. But, it feels like the ones who break and actually care about climbing get penalized the most. Alright I criticized him about his gameplay. But, i NEVER get personal with people. I remember someone disgracing my dead father and never got a notification about this person being penalized for what he said. So I get a 14 day ban for what I said that was game related? Come on riot, just perma mute my account and turn off all chat so I can just go back to climbing in misery with this broken ranked system of yours.

Post chat logs please. Just saying that you said the f-bomb multiple times doesn’t truly show what you said that game.

Alright I criticized him about his gameplay

This alone won't get your account suspended for 14 days. This punishment is issued for consistent negative behaviour throughout an extended period of time (or extreme toxicity), which subjects you to gradually increasing punishment tiers. The higher you go, the **less **tolerance the system has for your account, meaning it takes less to jump up a punishment tier.

I remember someone disgracing my dead father and never got a notification about this person being penalized for what he said.

Those messages don't always show up. That's intentional, so as to reduce spam.

Post chat logs and we can see what potentially triggered the punishment. Saying ''fuck'' in League isn't a reason you get banned, 14-day ban usually is for harsh flaming like hate speech/racial/homophobic slurs etc, or if you've had already 10-game and 25-game chat restrictions previously.

Come on riot, just perma mute my account and turn off all chat

Riot tried permamuting, and it didn't prove to work so I doubt they are going to retry it anytime soon.

You're a jerk that's why you got banned. Not because you said the f word a few times. More ppl like you need to be banned.

I am sick and freaking tired of going into games - especially CASUAL/FUN modes like Nexus and ARURF, as a new player, trying to learn new champions, and being called a troll, an f-ing idiot, and all these things, when i'm trying my best. No advice, no understanding, just a bunch of rude a-holes.........so yeah, I'm not feeling bad for you, or anyone like you.

Spent a while in ARURF today, had a couple games where ppl were understanding, even gave me tips on ornn(sp?) vs. just calling me an idiot troll for not knowing you can re-cast his ult. But the rest of my games? If i was lucky enough to get one of the champs I'm half-decent on, I could skate, but if I got a champ i was clueless with, or didn't know what to do with, etc, It was horrible..........people are so disgustingly nasty on this game and too many get away with it. I'm glad you didn't......and instead of whining to Riot, why don't reevaluate how you talk to people. If you're a child then maybe I can throw you some sort of a pass for your first few offenses(well past first few offenses to get banned for 14 days), but if you're a grown freaking man - you need to learn to chill tf out and not be a total jerk to random people who are likely trying their best and want to win just like you do. No they don't have to agree with you, and NO they don't have to play how YOU want them to.

(FYI, constant pinging, spaming chat with taunts, harassment, aggressive af non-stop "suggestions" in chat, and passive aggressive bs, that's all toxic.....and adds up if you keep doing it.)

I mean, you turned on All chat, you can turn it back off. Boom! Part of the problem fixed. Part 2, you realize what you are doing wrong, so work on not flaming. Pretend you are silenced.

Always in my teammate i had a troll who only like to die and then only cuz i said i will reported him for feeder they start blaming saying is my fault and finally i get the report but who feed anything i had already lost 6 match consecutive i dont anything and when i report riot dont do anything this S9 suck really and then i only came and i called help for my jg for a gank and what he do anything perma farm and when i said dude come to gank my lane he said no you lane is lost but i had already the 5 plating and he said me that and then i said report jg for no gank and all the teammate start saying report you for inting,toxic and i be like wtf and then i received my chat restriction and the teammate who feed and dont do anything riot dont do anything only me who want report the feeder or the troll dont happen anything they keep playing and everything but if i feed or trolling i think i will get the report.

pls tell me if i'm no the only who had that trouble.
