How long will I not be able to receive loot?

So a few weeks ago, I was severely toxic at my team mates(and got chat banned for 10 games) and I still cannot receive loot. How long will I have to wait because it's kinda annoying!

There is no set time. It's based on the punishment, duration since you cleared the punishment, behavior since then, and number of games.

Just continue on without showing poor behavior and the system will eventually unlock the ability for loot to drop again.

I believe it is until you aren't chat banned anymore.
