20-30 Minutes to start a game! WTF!?

This seems to be happening at a much higher frequency lately. Where I'll go through 5 or 6 "matches accepted" only to have someone dodge in each one. Even though my que time doesn't go up much since you get put at the front of the que it still takes forever for each team to pick. I regularly spend 20-30 minutes trying to start a fucking game now. Which is almost enough time to play a full game. Can't you guys just leave the room up and fill the dodgers rather than starting the entire damn process over each time? This is very frustrating when I want to just sit down and play game with finite amount of time available.
