So I am a Bronze V player and I joined redditlfg1 and all day yesterday I was playing enjoying the team rewards but all of a sudden randomly the game disconnects and I got an email saying that my account has been permanently disabled for no reason, if you look at my game history you can see that i get assists, I get kills and I try my hardest not to feed, I had a few bad games but nothing that would constitute to a permanent ban I emailed riot support and they said that I got banned for intentional feeding or griefing which is not the case because I have done neither. and they referred me to this post http://forums.na.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=4813730, I have only been playing since this past september and the games I were playing the other players were platinum and gold even one diamond. I do not understand what kind of system bans players just for being bad. Please help I have invested over 1000 hours and 1000$ in a short time in this game please can anyone refer me to someone who isn't an automated riot bot that can help me get my account back ? item 3070 item 3070 image of my game history email I was sentAlso attached a picture of lolking account as you can see I main Vlad and I am not horrible at him

"Nobody's asking you to be perfect, but we do want you to, whenever possible, strive to uphold the same standards of behavior that you expect everyone else to maintain. So, remember! Stay positive, remain calm, and keep to the code!" The Summoners Code

btw just an update I got my account unbanned and I was not intentionally feeding just got reported for other things which did not constitute to a permanent ban anyway thank you for the comments and support and I am very happy to have my account back

You might have a case here, being bad is one thing but it isn't bannable. My suggestion to you, if you do get this overturned, is to start focusing on playing 2-3 champs only for awhile. Try and get proficient with them and come out of games with more kills than deaths a majority of the time.

Looking at that match history, you go negative more often than not, sometimes badly, which probably triggered this punishment.

Good luck.

It doesn't matter how much he dies if it wasn't intentional. Even Faker had a recent game in Solo Que where he went something like 2-12. Dying a lot isn't a reportable offense by itself. If you start walking in 1v5 multiple times with ample vision or go to their nexus turrets and die over and over, that's a different thing entirely.

I find it hard to believe that other Bronze players found his dying so problematic that they reported him for it to the point of it becoming an intentional feeding ban. Are you sure you didn't get mad some of those games and say "ok then I feed" or some nonsense and then start suiciding into the enemies?

I'm of the mind that if you die 10+ times in most games you're intentionally feeding and that's not OK. Being bad's one thing, being completely unwilling to change your gameplay or learn to get better is another.

That being said, you might be the exception. Submit a support ticket by clicking support at the top of the page and enter as much information as you did here and be nice. Ask they review your case and explain how short a time you've been playing. It might get overturned, it might not.

Check out youtube videos and mobafire.com to get better at playing.

Tacking on to what RPO said, definitely start watching some videos or popular streamers who may play the champions you're interested in focusing on. It will help a TON.

Emile, best thing for me to tell you is that you'll learn the most from your mistakes than searching up a video like "how to git gud". Trial and error, and paying attention to what you are doing wrong, will get you farther than any tutorial or "flawless build". Try to learn a small amount of champions at a time, at most, three. Actively avoid ranked until you are confident in the champions you've learned, and you believe you've seen and improved on your major mistakes. Four things I can tell you, that are possibly the most important tips I can give you, are as follows: Self Control(When and when not to engage, when to just focus on csing, or push an advantage, but not going overboard), Awareness(listening for pings, and immediately checking where teammates are pinging, watching where enemies are on the map, frequently checking if your wards have spotted anyone or if they are down), and lastly, Champion and self boundaries.(What your champion can and cannot do, what you yourself are incapable of, and how you can improve upon these things. Remember this, you can break your boundaries, but not your champions, they always have limits. You don't, as long as you strive to improve.) All of these things are as equally important, and all can be improved upon by paying attention to your mistakes, finding your limits, and expanding them. Though the first part of this long post states otherwise, you should search up videos to find what else you need to improve on, and what you can do to take a step forward in doing so.

Good luck, Summoner. May good games be blessed upon you. Sincerely, Da waffle.

Everyone claims they been banned for no reason when infact to get banned you have to have multiple strikes on your account. So i find it hard to think you are innocent.

I think the same exact thing may have happened to my account. I don't intentionally feed but I am sometimes accused of it when I have bad games. I too was bronze V. I still enjoy the game but the game has turned into a report fest where anyone having a bad game will get chain reported by other salty players. Anyway I'm surprised they reversed it, what steps did you take to make that happen? I never even got an email explaining why I was banned.

What's rude is falsely making marks against people's accounts that can add up to them being banned and losing the accounts they may have poured 100s or 1000s of dollars into.

Unless you truly suspect it is a troll who wants to lose the game on purpose don't do it.
