1 offense = 14 day ban

So I've not left a game on purpose against my team, been verbally penalized, nor have I been given a ban before this (Level 2 honor before this by the way) and then I get reported once and it gets me a two week ban and I lose all my progress??? (Reason why this game is dying out) First of all, this French player (And all European players are extremely toxic IMO) wants to say some offensive things (which doesn't get shown here) and I decided screw it, time to retaliate verbally and I get banned for 2 weeks? I thought 3 offenses = 14 days? Anyway, I get I should have muted them, but their team kept spamming our team in all chat to report their MF from my last game. (Also the beer had me not playing seriously like an addict or a pussy like league makes the player base be after season 2)

Well, this game certainly isn't dead, but I'm dead from laughing my ass off at you, thanks for the good read. Clearly you do care or you wouldn't have made this post. Oh btw when you play again after your ban is over (you will) you should probably just drag your chatbox off your screen since your willpower is obviously nonexistent.

Also, you're playing on NA server, have you never heard of Quebec? You know, that province in Canada which is inhabited by many French speaking people? I doubt people from France would be playing on NA, their ping would be terrible.

For what it's worth I'm sorry you got banned. It doesn't matter who you are, being frustrated sucks and I wish for you that you didn't have to feel frustrated.

"I got banned because someone reported me" is not the way to think about this. You got banned because you acted poorly. If you never learn to take responsibility for yourself then you will struggle a lot in life. People don't like folks who deflect blame and never accept responsibility. And they'll be able to tell that you're like that from your interactions with them. Take it from me, a person who used to be like that a lot.

Also, "(the reason the game is dying)" - That won't have any notice-able impact on the game, just letting you know right now. Being toxic on purpose for revenge is like shouting into the void. Riot won't notice or care, because in acting out you will make yourself look like someone who should not be taken seriously.

If you enjoyed playing league of legends then it's not worth it to go and lose your account just because you're particularly upset right now. In the end you will just wind up regretting the unnecessary loss of your account.

If you are passionate about league then you could try and become a part of the boards community, discuss the systems with people and talk about how things could be improved to better help players to both not be banned and not be upset by their teammates. But I recommend you keep your personal experience out of the discussions unless you can talk about it calmly. If it just upsets you then you're going to keep having arguments that go nowhere and solve nothing.

Or you could go do something valuable with your life instead, like volunteer with a community service group or help some homeless people. It would probably make you feel a lot better about yourself than obsessing over league ever will.

It just bewilders me what they think they're accomplishing by doing so. As I see this "This game is dead" for the past 9 years or so. I'm like "then why is this game just only increasing each given year?". Well, I expect people saying "This game is dying" for the next 10 more years I guess.

Sorry OP, nothing you've said or going to do is going to stand out or the least interesting. You're just going to be another banned player who only proved to be another problem to the IFS.
