Hacker on the enemy team on EUW

Yes, I know this is NA, but this forum gets read more, so lets move on.

The last game I played just now all of our team members took turns at having their game freeze, not responding, and then having to reconect to the game. First the Rakan and the Ezreal got simultaneously disconnected in bot lane, later on the Garen on our team dc-ed, I did once, and our Nocturne had to reconnect at least one of time as well. Meanwhile noone on the opposing team seemed to experience this issue. If you look at my match history - it's the game of Viktor (me), Nocturne, Garen, Ezreal and Rakan versus Shyvana, Jhin, Jax, Ryze and Bard. I don't know who's to blame, but all of us on our team were certain someone was messing with our game. When we were having a discussion on the post-game screen, Nocturne blamed the Shyvana, because it lagged for him when they got in a fight, I suspected Jhin, because the one time I dc-ed was when he came to gank. As we were talking in the post-game chat my laptop just froze and restarted. I'd usually just blame my weak laptop, but such a thing has never happened so far and everyone on our team was experiencing serious issues.

Riot, is there a way to find out what happened in that game? That was an awful experience that just ruins the game for everyone involved and I don't want it to happen to anyone else.

EDIT: I'm not sure if this is the most appropriate section of the boards to express this issue, but I want to have a conversation over this.
