I am the only one playing on this account and none except me even accessed to it so I want to get the reason that I get banned for 2 weeks and ranked's rewards for no reason ??? please check your resources before banning players for nothing :/

Your suspension was only issued after an extensive investigation was run to ensure your involvement in MMR boosting. As explained in the email you received in response to your suspension, the following actions have been taken on your account:

-A two-week suspension has been issued to your account. -All previous Season rewards (Victorious skins, borders, season icons, season ward skins) have been stripped from your account. -You are ineligible for any 2015 Season rewards

While you may feel that this punishment is too harsh, please realize that having accounts boosted, for whatever reason, ruins the spirit of League of Legends competitive play. While you are ineligible for any rewards in the 2015 Season, this does not disqualify you for anything pertaining to the 2016 Season. Keep in mind that if you have any future involvement in MMR boosting, your account will be permanently suspended.

I have double-checked your account in regards to the MMR boosting punishment that was assigned. After taking a look at your account, I noticed that your account was being accessed and played by someone else. This is completely unfair and goes against the competitive spirit of our game, and as a result I will not be able to revert the punishment that you have received. We will not be sharing any evidence gained from our investigation in order to protect our investigative methods, but we are confident in our conclusion.

OMG my account never get a single game in Ranked that I didn't play Normal games is considered as boosting ? I got a reconnect bug and I asked in many tickets how to solve you can check it and I am using hide me vpn and I used it to can reconnect and play the game. Please don't accuse innocent players btw I don't care about the ban and I don't care about that I just hate being accused of something I didn't . At Least if you can't give me evidence just call me a singe game that I didn't play my self in ranked Oo any game OMG don't be kidding me !!!!!!!

I realize that losing Season rewards feels like a very harsh punishment, but we take this kind of offense very seriously. We are aware that players log in from different IPs and you won't get punished for doing that - but we can't share details on how we detect accounts with these offenses. We want to prevent compromise of our investigative methods so we can prevent players from trying to circumvent the system.

While this is a tough answer, we will not be changing our stance regarding MMR boosting.

come on I just said that I don't care about losing season rewards or even the 2 weeks ban I just don't want to get perma ban that is all ! I just want you to remember this conversation if I get perma ban for the same reason that I didn't accuse that is all :/

Hello again,

As long as you don't allow other players to play Ranked on your account, you will not get permanently banned. That is why the ban happened in this case, so if you secure your account and do not share it with anyone you will not be at risk for further punishments.

OMG that is why I am telling you I never did such a thing so I want to know why you accuse me of doing this. I just want to reach an explanation for my ban and as I said idc about losing the rewards. so can you check that I banned because I changed my IP address inside the game many time you said to me that you consider I may play on many IP addresses but u consider that I got 4 IP addresses in the same place and the same minute I got 4 network connection at home when I got lag or high ms I just change the network inside the game I hope if this is the problem as I said don't give me back the rewards but either don't perma ban me for that reason I explained
