Instalockers and trollers

So i decided that i want to share what always every lol player in counter when playing lol. There is always instalockers who trolls and feeds. So i played a game and i said jungle first. I pick jax and of course i see someone instalock jungle. When in the game i got so mad that i decided to go jungle anyway. When i went jungle this guy said im going to troll and then i said you already are trolling. Then he went to all lanes and started to feed. I mean league of legends have become so bad and terrible just because of instalockers and trollers. Everytime im trying to enjoy playing league there is always a dude who like to troll. And why everytime i report the troller nothing happens ( you get a message saying that the guy you and some other people reported got banned). I have only gotten that message once. But this guy was way worse then that other dude we reported. So please fix this issue because there are trollers everywhere who will troll either if they get banned or not. So dont just make them chat restricted. Give them a way worse ban. Thank you for reading , bye ):

Hello, you should only see the instant feedback message telling you the player you reported was punished if your report was the last report that finally got them a punishment.

Other than that scenario, you have no way of knowing whether or not your reports actually work so assuming they don't work is on you. My suggestion is to not make assumptions and just enjoy the game.
