Automatically punishable. This censored word is considered derogatory language, and is definitely prohibited.

For the next bit I've replaced the asterisks with XXXX, since asterisks are used in board formatting.

Even if you typed out all those asterisks instead of using words, your INTENT is pretty obvious, and your intent matters. Sure, you may not have directly cursed him out with specific words, but it's pretty clear that you didn't intend that in a positive way.

As stated elsewhere, homophobic slurs are a serious offense.
Where are the other chat logs? You should have gotten 3 games, and the formatting changes in the middle make me think that we're not getting everything here.

Nothing "false" at all. Just because someone else was being a dick at you, it still doesn't give you the rights to become a dick back at him. You're just making yourself nothing different than him.
