Account permabanned unjustly.

Hi, recently my account was permabanned for "third party programs". I submitted a ticket to riot, explaining my innocence but all I have been getting were automated responses. I know that I have not used any program that would jeopardise the experience of other players. I have been a faithful player of LOL for over 3 years now, and not once have I used a third party program. I have used fraps to record my games but that is it. I hope to get a response from a rioter and for someone to look into the case, and if so, I wish to know which "third party program I have been accused of using because if you cannot provide the name of the program I have used, then I know for sure that this ban is unjust and should be lifted. At the time of the ban, the tribunal system was down, maybe that is the cause of this unjust ban but I'm really not sure. I am almost heartbroken that my account is permabanned for a crime I did not commit.
