Skipped a Punishment and got 14 days Suspended After one Game.

So I just got suspended for 14 days. Which really sucks because the only punishment I had ever gotten was a 10 game chat restriction. After looking into the punishment tier, I found out that I skipped 25 games which is handed before you get 14 days. I decided to contact support and was told the following.

IT looks like in addition to general toxicity, you were using terms such as "tard" in reference to other players. This kind of behavior is not welcome in League. We have already given you a recent previous warning, but it seems like that warning was ignored. :/

That being said, please refrain from further toxic behavior as any future incidents will result in a permanent suspension on this account.

What really sucks about this is that I basically skipped a tier because I used the word "tard". Not quite sure what barrower meant by quote "you were using terms such as tard" when that was the only term I used in the game that could reference what I later found out. Whats funny is that I didn't even mean to say that word, I don't even know what that word means. I meant to spell the word "turd". Kinda ridiculous to skip an entire punishment off of a single game. Also I did receive a previous warning and because I ignored it, they decided to punish me, not with 25 games but with a straight 14 day ban. In conclusion im writing this to show everybody how trigger happy riot is when deciding on how to move an account forward the fastest, to being perma banned. Hope this warns everyone else into possibly not having a bad day and just completely removing the chat box. At any motion these guys can literally skip everything and ruin your account.
