Second, i am sorry , your account banned for another person madness who have access to your acc.
I read in this case :
someone changed my email once. then I recovered my account and changed to another email. then i kept receiving the email someone tried to change my password again. I did change my password. yet that still happened I told them i want to change my id as well but they refused.
Some clue might suit your case (tracking the Villain/suspect) / little knowledge to protecting our account ( rioter support team might suggest some of this).

Do you create your email related to League Account by your self in first place?! ( some case, its happen girl ask to his boyfriend, friend, or ex boyfriend created one(email/League account) before hand it to her). First person who registered league account (the email first registered) have power to take it back .

DO you activate double protection ( email have feature -> sending key by sms to our phone) ?!. Everytime we login , we will need this key .

Do you Using same password for some account like facebook, main email?! base on my little survey , girls commonly did this . who know!!

Do you share your PC / Laptop to family member or friend ?! If you do , try to install and update antimalware , antikeyloger and check if your PC/Laptop turn on remote feature (disabled /uninstall this feature)

6 . Do you use teamspeak often - if you do , teach your self about IP protection in their site.

- Install anitvirus, antimalware. ( antikeylogger if needed) + check update,scan
- Disable remote software or share/public feature if you using LAN
- Activate double protection email, and always create game account by our self.
4 . Educate Our self about internet threat, such as phising site, IP protection, etc-- google always help..
