Just got perma banned on my account with no reason at all and no email sent. I feel this was unjust as I never did anything that would give me a ban. Does anyone know how long it will take for an email to go through or should I make a support ticket?

But not at you!! That does indeed suck. Have you filed the support ticket? Maybe a Red or Color will see this and bump for you. I'll add a + 1. GL if you want please keep us up to what happens, I'd really like to know.
Edit: did you check junk files and such? I only ask because apparently the response was a typo or they sent one in this case.
