Post game report system

I think riot needs to fix their reporting system because people just arent using it, it is technically the players' fault but i've seen it in so many of my matches. A player will intentionally feed or afk or whatever and people will just get tilted by it, and when they lose the match they are so tilted that they just jump into the next game without reporting the player. This has happened way too many times, i literally lost both of my promos to players who intentionally afk'd in the match, usually because someone else misplayed something minor or ignored them, and then they never got punished after the game because I was the only person to report them. Riot should try and make the report more visible or easier to get to because if people can intentionally afk and no one even reports it then toxic people can just continue to int and afk.
