End of Season Rewards: Toxic Players Get None

I want to know what you guys think about this new change because me myself have lost my rewards because of this new change. All tho at times most people can be toxic during games, Riot has made it a 3 month period which i think is a terrible idea. If someone were to get banned lets say right after the date at which you lose rewards, then they lose everything over one ban. No matter how much they improve on their behavior they are still going to be punished for something they did 3 months ago. I think its a terrible idea but some might think otherwise

Last year they had the same policy but it was not just the last 3 months like this year. So season 5 is actually more lenient than season 4. Would you rather they made it for the whole year and not allowed people a chance? People were warned, if they continued to believe that riot was not going to nail them; that is their problem.

Personally i hope riot does a massive last minute BAN wave the day before the cut off. The screams of people on the boards will be funny.

MEh you are silver anyways, you were not getting anything that nice anyways.

Silver for now but if you check match history i was actually trying to get gold and doing pretty well. This is my first ranked season so i wasnt sure about the rule but even if i was silver a border or something would be nice for next season.

you need less than one season to get toxic? Wow, I am playing ranked since season 3 and get my rewards every year :)

Solution for your Problem: Dont be toxic.

As Trylobyte mentioned, not rewarding toxicity and negative behavior is no new practice for Riot. Last year as well, negative individuals were disqualified from receiving ranked rewards. While I sympathize that it may not have been entirely clear to you that toxic players would not qualify for ranked rewards, I hope you can understand the reasoning behind that practice.

like im saying to all the others this is my first ranked season so i wasnt sure but i dont think they should be punished for the last 3 months. it only takes like 1-2 bans for someone to learn (for me atleast)

That may be true for you but unfortunately it's not true for all. There are unfortunately some people out there that will never change their toxic ways even after getting their account permabanned from the game. Each person is different, and if it takes multiple accounts getting permabanned for them to finally learn that their poor behavior is not acceptable in this game then so be it.

Well, my guess is that now you've learned not to be toxic, and it shouldn't be a problem in the future! Enjoy sportsmanlike positives games from now on, and you can expect ranked rewards at the end of season 6.
