I personally think that report system is actually so useless. Every time when i report a player that is so toxic, a player that flames so much at other teammates and harass them i feel like it is useless. I played against and with a lot of players who knew to swear at my mother, father at everything and then when i report him after the game, after 2 days I dont get any message... I think that i got like only 2 messages in the past one and a half year a message where its says that a player has been punished. I kind of want to just quit the game after all these players... I really dont enjoy playing the game with someone who is going to be so toxic. I always mute them, but still in that moment when he types that, that's just so retarded. I sent a ticket to a support team and they said that they are doing their job and even though we dont see it and i believe them, but at least you can inform me that he is going to be looked in and punished for that. About 70 percent of games, i will find a player, maybe two, who is going to be toxic. I think it is time for a BIG change . At the end of the game, i just want to quit the game because it has no point. ( Sorry if i misspell some word, and probably no one is going to read it... )

What part of "You dont always get the message" dont people understand. Just because you arent getting every single notification when ever you reported someone doesnt mean the system isnt working. While it would be nice, sadly Riot doesnt seem to think so because then people like you would be complaining about how many notifications you are getting and clogging up the client.

The fact of the matter is that someone else could have gotten the message, or that there is an off chance that they didnt get punished for that one game, but it at least gives them more evidence when Reported incidence get reviewed. Just stop caring about if someone gets punished, thats not even the point of the system. It isnt suppose to be some power hungry "I must get every single notification when ever i report someone" trip. Report and move on, thats always been the saying!

My point of saying this wasn't " I need to get every notification, i want him to get punished, i am right !!!".. No, i wanted to say that whenever i report someone for really bad behaviour, for something what has no limits, then it would be nice to get at least 1 notification in 2 months, because like i said 70% of games i played i ran on to that kind of players. The rest, the ones who are flaming for the game and all that stuff i really dont mind.
