New patch causing patch to bug ---> leaverbuster

So after this patch was loaded my client had problems and caused my client to crash and now I'm on low priority queue. I didn't afk or quit or nothing but the client crashed me with the new patch. I say this because my client never has problems, like ever, and all of the sudden it does right after the new patch. Anyway, my question is, is there anyway to appeal this AND is anybody else having the same problem???
