why was i perma banded?

I was ligit freaking grounded riot and when I was not grounded I wasn't I don't get it u guys ban people who did nothing for a week can I have my account back. yes I was toxic I can say that and I left games for reasons like my parents needed help I just want my account back I wont do those stuff like being toxic I'm sorry riot but I was grounded and do nothing that week I was grounded. so please give me my account back or ban me for a little cuz I used money on my account i took years playing on it. but please forgive me for being toxic

Not sure what being grounded has to do with your punishment.

Its not physically possible to be banned for being toxic one time(or quitting games) you must have a record or have said messed up stuff, you chose to be toxic and get banned, there is no point of pleading after.
