Perma ban for 3rd programs

Hello guys, Riot banned my ac%%%% for 3rd programs. I used only one program, to recovery the game. It's a program from OverWolf. Many od players are using this program, pro players like sneaky from cloud9 etc. I thought this program is safe and i really wanted to watch my team cool teamfights, my pentas etc. It is a perma ban. Can u tell me why? It's a normal program, to recovery my screen, not all SR. Is there anythink I can do? I Have many skins there, like really many, i dont want to lose this ac%%%%, I didnt do anything wrong. Thanks for help.

pls rioter come smite another one, He's attempting to lie and act innocent. pls remind this guy that using scripts for 10/10 of your games and promos is illegal, also pls tell him when he did this so we can get on with the "But it says I should get a lower punishment for this, why was I perma banned? Ok I scripted but why perma ban" Moronic fucks.

Oh pls I pray for one more smite, I just want to see how much this one is bullshitting. Check Bui post for example of a good smiting.

If u have any idea how to check it, go for it, if u will find something I will pay u. Not everyone is lying. If there is even 1 game that i used a 3rd programs ok, I will accept that perma ban and I will pay u for sure.

Send in a ticket and ask them what they found that wasn't allowed. They need to provide proof that you were using something to gain an unfair advantage or they should not have banned you. I read the Forum post on what is allowed and what isn't and Overwolf is allowed.

Yes i wanted to see, what they want to say by that "3rd programs" so I wrote Email to Riot, they answer, they cant give me any informations becaose it could harm their prosecutions. Like, what the hell. I'M playing like everyone else. Look at my games, look at my stats, u will see that it is imposibble for me to use any programs.

If they have no proof then they cannot ban you, you need to ask to speak to someone higher up if they can't give you that information. You have a right to know what you are being banned for and they need evidence that you have been using a 3rd party program just like they have evidence to back up toxic players being toxic in chat.

Can u tell me where i can find a someone higher up? I wrote email to Riot support, and they told me that they cant give me any informatons. They only said that theire system found something but they cant tell me what. I asked about when i used this programs, then answer they can't tell me that. I asked if they can check it, like if this sytem could made a mistake or somthing, and they said that theire system cant make a mistake and they know that program is working good. I said that I want to see anything, becaose I know in 100% I didnt used any stupid programs, like I said I spend so much money on this ac%%%%, and im not stupid to use promgrams like this. I'm not going to give up. I know that im right. But I have no idea were to write, where to look for help. I can copy messengers but it is in Polish Language, so u need to translate it in google translate. No problem, I have nothing to hide.

You need to ask them to speak to someone higher up. They have to tell you something. If not, I know that there has been a few R!OT people coming on some "3rd party ban" posts and telling them what they have done, but not telling then how they know they done it, you can try looking around for those posts and asking the R!OT person on there to tell you what you did and he will look into your case.

This ban wave is for people that have been account sharing and using scripts specifically. You may not in particularly have been using the scripts but if you shared your account, then they might have. Not to mention account sharing is a bannable offence.

Reply to his comment and ask him if he would help you out. I warn you, if you have shared your account or scripted, they will know and they give you a brutal response.

are you using a mac system? I've read a couple other posters saying they got banned for 3rd party stuff.

But overwolf, is allowed.

No, I'm using Windows 10. No, owervolf is the only one program i used. I'M having fun with playing LoL, I dont need any stupid programs, I know how it end's. I have many skins there, much money. The same thing happened to me on Tuesday and i got a Perma ban and i really have no idea what i could have been banned for i don't have a great mmr i don't play a lot of ranked only made it through 5 promos and i'm 3-2. The only 3rd party program i have for the game is curse chat. any help or tips on getting this figured out would help me greatly had the account sense 2010

Yes, I'm looking for any tips also. Becaose Riot is like " fuk this, we dont care, we have 999999999999999999 players so go away" It's unfair. Did u wrote to them? What Did they tell u?

Same thing happened to me! Never used any 3rd party programs, not ever! Then suddenly random perma ban. Its funny how they ban me when not only have I never cheated in any way but I am also a very high paying customer, so they didn't really benefit themselves at by banning me since I don't use 3rd party programs anyway lmao

I did write to riot all they do is accuse me of having used "scripts, hacks, exploits or unauthorized third-party programs" and that is why I was banned. Its complete bs all of it, because I've honestly never used any of that kind of stuff, never even used 1 single third-party program. They won't even provide evidence to me, because "divulging this information could compromise future investigations" complete and utter bs. Perma-banned for doing nothing wrong. Its a joke...

Even though I'm clearly in the right in this situation they can still perma ban me because they have the authority to, and its they're word against mine. They don't even need to show evidence to prove it. Its really quit unfair, oh boy do I regret the countless hours I have put into this game and the hundreds and hundreds of dollars I have given riot...all to get banned...for doing no wrong. So sad.

Guess they must have decided they squeezed enough money out of me, so it was time for me to be gone....

Hello again if you could tell me the specific reason i got banned permanently i would really appreciate it. I only use programs that have been confirmed by your place of work (ex. curse,wooxy) if you could explain to me what i have done wrong that would mean a lot to me. I would like in depth details on the program i used and the dates and times i used them. I have spent a lot of money on that account and i wouldn't do anything to jeopardize the amount of time and money i have on that account. I feel like i am being wrongfully accused because i haven't used anything other then those programs please get back to me as soon as possible with the information i have requested. I know that you have said their is nothing i can do to get the account freed up but i know you can unlock it at any point so if you could please explain this in detail that would mean a lot to me. If not i am going to be very disappointed in the way y'all have handled this situation because i have not done anything to deserve a ban and i have filled report on people that i could tell were hacking and I'm sure nothing has been done to them but yet her i am with a banned account.

Riot is starting to make mistakes, I think they can't handle hackers, cheating ppl and etc. They are just banning, and they believe it;s a right ban. I mean theire system is baning and they belive to hard in this system. You know they don't care about players? In ower place will come another onces, pay, pay and pay, buy skin, buy rp. It's how it works, money. They don't care to look in any case, to make sure that me or u or anyone else is using any 3rd programs. It's just system. System is banning ac%%%%s not ppl. If Riot is not going to change it, I think there willl be more and more case like this. And the problem is that they dont want to show us any proofs. So we have to believe that program cant make any mistake or somthing. Riot just don't care. Big company, ppl from Riot dont need to omm "fight" for any player. They dont care anymore becaose they are a big company. sleeping with moneys. Plz... they have been doing cheater / scripter ban waves since Season 4.

They know exactly what they are doing and looking for.
