Perma ban for 3rd programs

Hello guys, Riot banned my ac%%%% for 3rd programs. I used only one program, to recovery the game. It's a program from OverWolf. Many od players are using this program, pro players like sneaky from cloud9 etc. I thought this program is safe and i really wanted to watch my team cool teamfights, my pentas etc. It is a perma ban. Can u tell me why? It's a normal program, to recovery my screen, not all SR. Is there anythink I can do? I Have many skins there, like really many, i dont want to lose this ac%%%%, I didnt do anything wrong. Thanks for help.

pls rioter come smite another one, He's attempting to lie and act innocent. pls remind this guy that using scripts for 10/10 of your games and promos is illegal, also pls tell him when he did this so we can get on with the "But it says I should get a lower punishment for this, why was I perma banned? Ok I scripted but why perma ban" Moronic fucks.

Oh pls I pray for one more smite, I just want to see how much this one is bullshitting. Check Bui post for example of a good smiting.

Send in a ticket and ask them what they found that wasn't allowed. They need to provide proof that you were using something to gain an unfair advantage or they should not have banned you. I read the Forum post on what is allowed and what isn't and Overwolf is allowed.

are you using a mac system? I've read a couple other posters saying they got banned for 3rd party stuff.

But overwolf, is allowed.

whatever else you were running with it...may not be.

The same thing happened to me on Tuesday and i got a Perma ban and i really have no idea what i could have been banned for i don't have a great mmr i don't play a lot of ranked only made it through 5 promos and i'm 3-2. The only 3rd party program i have for the game is curse chat. any help or tips on getting this figured out would help me greatly had the account sense 2010

Same thing happened to me! Never used any 3rd party programs, not ever! Then suddenly random perma ban. Its funny how they ban me when not only have I never cheated in any way but I am also a very high paying customer, so they didn't really benefit themselves at by banning me since I don't use 3rd party programs anyway lmao

Hello again if you could tell me the specific reason i got banned permanently i would really appreciate it. I only use programs that have been confirmed by your place of work (ex. curse,wooxy) if you could explain to me what i have done wrong that would mean a lot to me. I would like in depth details on the program i used and the dates and times i used them. I have spent a lot of money on that account and i wouldn't do anything to jeopardize the amount of time and money i have on that account. I feel like i am being wrongfully accused because i haven't used anything other then those programs please get back to me as soon as possible with the information i have requested. I know that you have said their is nothing i can do to get the account freed up but i know you can unlock it at any point so if you could please explain this in detail that would mean a lot to me. If not i am going to be very disappointed in the way y'all have handled this situation because i have not done anything to deserve a ban and i have filled report on people that i could tell were hacking and I'm sure nothing has been done to them but yet her i am with a banned account.
