why why why yyyyyyyy are champs like zoe illaoi and other braindead and non skillfull champs in the game ? yea right u gave us 5 bans per team but its not enough we dont know what they are going to pick either ... these champions dont even have counter or they have but the guy that is playing against them is like braindead and still get 2v1'ed im tired of league i cant even enjoy a game without getting trolls or being stuck in b1 cuz of yas adc and on the enemy zoe "support " or klepto illaoi or even yasuo on top\mid i mean thats just how league goes - you winj one game you loose 5 or atleast thats withe me everytime that i play every single time and the worst part is that ppl rep me for dumb reasons like not ganking and ksing and dats not all ... on ranked flex wich im currently bronze 1 (look up my match history) and tell me who fed ? was it the botlane ? was it their jg ganking too much ? and i didnt flame like i was just nice to them and they were still bad with me .... i repaired my attitude and still dont even get non-flaming\feeeding teammates i even got 1 time where i was just a prisoner i was the adc and my tema was tank af when we got into teamfights they were just dancing and letting me die over and over thats legit how i play games and even if i get good teammates they just loose lane ............... i cant do anything about matchmaking with good or bad players but atleast just please do smth about them i was one of them and u treated me well riot i repaired myself and never flamed again not a single cuss world was written for me but when i report someeone i dont get instant feedback .......

There is always a way to play against those champions you just have to realize it ( seriously it's not that hard you can look at footage of those matchups, train yourself with friends, it's fairly simple to learn how to deal with it instead of complaining about it.. ).

Focus on what you can control : your own skills, mechanics and overall game knowledge. If you start doing that instead of blaming your teammate's skills or riot you will climb, pretty much everyone can get at least to Plat with a little bit of effort.

Yes you can, you can work on your skills and carry those games ! Use your dodges correctly too it's super useful to climb faster, if i see that someone has a 35% WR on yassuo and someone else a 30% on GP i'd loose the 10LP instead of playing this game and loosing even more. Like seriously you need to use your first dodge everyday ! Do you even check your teammates op.gg every time you queue for ranked ? Are you dodging correctly to avoid those lost games, you'll gain a lot of LP doing so ! [examples]

when i report someeone i dont get instant feedback

You only get it when you were the last person to report someone before he got a punishment, it's pretty rare I've seen it like 3/4 times in a month.

You'll always have people that will do bad in your games and it's OK there wouldn't be any challenge otherwise.

Is there a chance a riot employe reading this ?

Maybe, maybe not, use paragraphs and so on nobody wants to read a big block of text like that. You can fill a support ticket if you really want someone from riot to read it.

Anyway you need to focus on your own skills instead of blaming riot because "overpowered champion" or "bad matchmaking", that won't help you progressing at all.
