Banned over more accounts

Hey, I was just banned for hacking on my second account even though i dont have a hacking program. Now I cant get into my other account and it dosn't say why. Could it be that they also banned the other account.

Extra notes: I reinstalled LOL 3 times now I made an 3 account to check if that got banned to (it didnt)
