Permanent Ban

Is there anybody that can help me please? I got banned for 2 weeks for verbal abuse that just ended today. I agree that I had a rough game and took it out harsh, but just prior to that I got a gift for being an honored player and I haven't gotten in trouble in weeks. I come back off my ban today and in my second game I get reported. I don't think my chat was bad at all, after what my teammate was saying, and then I find out my account has been permanently banned. I reported him also and nothing happened to him.

How do I get permanently banned without any warnings (chat restrictions, etc) after playing this game for years. I think this punishment is completely unnecessary and am hoping this gets overturned. I take responsibility for my actions but I think this is way over the top.

Your 2 week ban is your warning, as well as your agreement in the ToS/Summoner code. Now since saying you were 2 week ban, they state in your email that ANYTHING reportable no matter how small will kick you to the next punishment (permanent) because the system has shown that you arent reforming. Granted because you havent shown us your chatlogs we cannot be 100% sure how exact you were punished/toxic. Do you have said chatlogs and if so please post them here!

In the 14-day punishment reform card, it clearly stated and warned you that your next punishment is a permaban.

Your fault for not reading it.

You're already on thin ice if you've already finished your 14 days suspension. Any signs of negativity whatsoever will always guarantee you a permanent suspension.

Post your chat logs as it's hard to identify whether you're punishment worthy without it.

You might need to stop and take a look at what you're actually saying to other people. I have lost many accounts and know there is nothing that can be done with that account. It is gone and let it be a lesson to you about how to communicate more effectively and become a better team player. You were not just blindly banned and if you log back into your account you will see the entire reasoning for your ban and the coms that placed the account into permaban status.

Whether you're calling people 'trash' - typing way too much negative banter - or just simply being a distracting player you can be reported a million times and if the communications you're making are actually not toxic, relatable to the game and focused on winning the match, or simply bsing with the other team in a fun not personally degrading manner - you know telling others to die and get cancer - you're not going to have a chat abuse ban placed onto you. It's when you're constantly telling people they're trash, kys, or whatever horrible thing you may have said nonstop before and then in that last game it is triggering as abusive and the account was flagged.

had you bothered to read the details described in the popup of the two week ban, you would have known this!
