How to fight a suspension

Can someone pls tell me how you fight a suspension, I recently got promoted to silver after quite a bit of effort playing adc. After so many hours of playing to get to silver I got matched with 2 irons supports back to back, the first one wasn't good but the second one was just throwing himself at the other team and taking cs in lane. As you can guess I got frustrated and commented that the nunu was a toxic inter and called him out on his kda cause he kept telling me early that he didn't do anything wrong. I want to have a real person actually look at my chat and watch the game because this is very frustrating. If there really is no way to fight this kind of thing I would really recommend that people stop playing this game.
