Perma Banned and it's was totally unjust

So like I love how a whole entire team of smurfs tries to talk shit to me and dog me for not being stupid enough to run into them and kill myself like the rest of my team and yet after they harass me all game I respond to them but of course you guys wouldn't ban them or give me chat restrictions, hell you wouldn't even temp ban me. You guys are so biased and messed up that you don't even read the logs you just ban people if a team mass reports them. This is seriously some bullshit and I want this appealed or at least you ban the other accounts on that team that were far more toxic than I was and on top of that they harassed like crazy. Seriously Riot get your shit together just because you want the game to be family friendly and what not maybe you should consider actually reading logs and going through the reports. That's what your tribunal was for and that's why your ban waves go crazy ever since you decided Trib didn't get the job done. Seriously disappointed with this game. You aren't even giving temps anymore just straight to perma. I want my money back for all the items I bought or I want this to be just with both parties getting banned!

Reading your whole post as well as all the comments you have written below, it seems to me you loose your temper rather easily.

Being harassed a full game esp. when the game is unwinnable is frustrating for sure. However, like others have pointed out, just a single game is not enough to merit a perma-ban. The system just does not function that way; unless you went to extremes of toxicity w/ homophobic and racist slurs.

Either you have just gotten away w/ previous habitual toxic behavior which came to light finally w/ this game's reporting OR the system made an error which is highly unlikely but not impossible.

I am not judging whether or not you are guilty. I do not know since I have no SCs of your chat logs. You should definitely send a ticket and pursue it persistently with Riot Support until your issue is resolved. If they say you need to follow certain steps to see the incriminating logs, then go ahead and do as they ask and see the logs which led to your ban.

It's a 4 strike system. Once you get one punishment, you're escalated to the next one.

1st Punishment: 10 game chat restrict 2nd Punishment: 25 game chat restrict 3rd Punishment: 2 week ban 4th Punishment: Permanent ban

That's funny a four step program that skips passed 3 steps and goes right to step 4? Really great stuff!! Considering I had never even gotten a "Verbal Abuse" warning or any other you've been reported warning and I sure know for a fact I never got chat restrictions or a temp ban.

Really? That's unusual. Did you get chat logs with the ban? It's possible the ban was for something else, like a chargeback or 3rd party programs. If you did get chat logs, I'd send a ticket in to Riot's support. The system does have a 1/6000 error rate, sounds like a mistake.They may reduce your ban to a 2 week one.

Welp. It's extremely unusual for them to do that, but you did know what you were doing is wrong.

I will emphasize that consistency is the key to getting a punishment. You're not just misbehaving one or three games, you're doing it every game. That's what makes players problematic. If you're toxic every game, you are without a doubt bringing it on yourself.

I rarely even talk in games so I doubt I could be considered consistently toxic in fact majority of the time I've very supportive to my teammates giving them tips about pings and the map and even encourage them after they've fed

I find this extremely hard to believe. If this really did indeed happen then post a screenshot of their entire response here in this thread. Also, you should receive a Reform Card once you log into the client, so again I find your reasoning for not posting them extremely hard to believe.

P.S. You are less likely to get a bunch of sympathizers if you continue to act like a jerk to people in this thread.

You can skip the first 3 if you're a completely toxic shit that uses racism/homophobic/sexist remarks, or things like "retard" and such.

Trust me, I'm FAR from the nicest player in this game, and even let people know it in game, and I've never even received a 10 game chat restriction. I think this system is too sensitive, but you have to be a complete dick to jump right to a permaban (and I'm guessing you know this and are just seeking attention..which is why you didn't include chat logs).

Or ya got perma'd for other reasons, such as cheating. If that's the case, then good :)

From the players point of view this is correct riot needs to read chat logs and see what was said before even the simple of punishments is set i got leaver buster bc my power whent off came back played the game we won then i got leaver buster ? thanks riot no one on my team even reported i sat there came back and split pushed now im being punished ? i feel it roit has honestly gone so far down hill its found a way through rock bottom

Riot used to be about the players but now they're just sell outs who only care about making money. That's why their bans are given out so simply, they feel if someone was reported clearly we should ban them instead of taking time to actually look into it. It's funny i can bet any money if Riot actually cared to read logs majority of the people would either only be temp banned or both parties would equally be banned instead of it being completely one sided.

Considering they banned so many people who spent alot of money, your theory is completely wrong. Cant u see that every ban complaint has "i paid so much money". If they cared only about money, they wouldnt ban people who spend money. Now they are all about players and least about money. They are working on making healthy community and clearing garbage. And must i say, they are doing very good job.

Considering that you have no idea how reports and punishment work, and that "mass team report" dont mean anything, i can say that you are delusional here. Since u dont have logs, i cant tell you where you went wrong, but i am 100% sure that your ban was justified.

Didn't you instantly assume that the players you claim were harassing you didn't or won't get banned. The reason you don't see their chat logs is because you are not getting banned for what they said, you are getting banned for what you said. It is perfectly possible that the other players will be banned if they are flagged enough.

You will never be punished based on report volume alone; punishment is calculated per match, not per report, and reports are verified. You are being extremely toxic here, and even admitted to being so in your match, so it's glaringly obvious that you know mass reporting didn't make this happen.

The reports are irrelevant anyway, because a Rioter manually audited your case.

Completely false. Reports are counted on a 'per game reported in' basis. NOT on a 'per report filed' basis. One report in any given game carries the same weight as nine reports in a game. The system is designed this way specifically to prevent premades and report begging from holding players hostage.

By the way? Where are your chat logs? Posting them would likely shed some light on your situation, and withholding them certainly won't do you any favors.

I've already said at least three times that the logs were too long and I had to submit a ticket in order to receive them I'm waiting right now for them. I'd love for Riot to come talk to me about how the enemy team was twice as toxic as I was and how the enemy team won't receive any backlash from this but of course white knight users instantly jump on anyone's back if they complain about Riot's incredibly flawed system

So if you are driving 15 miles over the speed limit, & the cop catches you, but not the guy up ahead who was driving 25 miles over the speed limit, are you going to let him know? Even if you did let him know, do you believe he is to be punished over you since he was going faster regardless of the laws of the road, & the speed limit you were going over?

the cop may have had back-up take care of the problem, but he doesn't need to let you know that, nor should you be let off the hook for going over the speed limit, & with not having been given any warnings, it's almost like you were either stopped multiple times by the same officer given chances multiple times, & act like it didn't happen, or you were twerking on top of the car with a cinder-block on the gas pedal flying by him, & sent straight to jail. either way, you did something wrong regardless if it was bad enough to go straight to a perma, or you are hiding the fact that you were given chances.

If you went from saint to perma in 1 game that game had to have been 12 year old Cod player bad.

Also right has flat out stated 1299 times that retaliation is against the rules. Simply mute and report them after game.

Before I read this post. . . -What happened to get you to your 14 day ban? -What happened to get you to the bans prior to that? -did you take the time to think about how expected this was?

I mean come on it's thread after thread of people acting so confused. You seriously don't just get banned. It doesn't just happen, & it's not like you don't receive punishment the first five or more bans. You seriously have to be on a whole other level of League-Rage if after your two day ban, one week ban, or even just a day ban you hop on, get into a match, say some things not expecting to be reported, & then act totally surprised when you get summoner 11 Did you just watch streams when you were banned before, & get mad whenever someone did something bad on the streamers video just to keep the anger fresh? I'm pretty sure if a rioter posted your chat-log on here it would look something like this:

Troll1: Spewing shit with bits of undissolved corn in it at you Tokekage: "stfu I'm not an idiot I would have died." Troll2: "But you are because you didn't go in" Troll1: 420blazeitswagyoloairhornx9001 Tokekage: possibly uses words like fuck, asshole, retard, dick, or anything else to fire back only making his case worse Troll3: "dude stfu you are terribruh!" Troll4: "We are smurfs" (& whatever else comes out of his mouth.) Tokekage: Still defending himself not realizing just how deep he is now even after having just finished a 14 day ban

End game screen turns dim, & a box with dreadful words of hard work being eradicated forever appear on the screen.

It was in that moment, that Tokekage realized. . . He don Goof'd And that's not including the other games that no one seems to have an excuse for. It's always that last match that everyone thinks was the only warning.

All you had to do? Troll1: Spewing shit with bits of undissolved corn in it at you Tokekage: Types /muteall into chat the rest of the game is silent, & Tokekage is free to vent out loud as it is faster, & slightly stress relieving.

"Perma Banned and it's was totally unjust" I did read this, & you clearly have not been clear enough as the post you made points out in multiple instances how you were in fact banned, or am I just reading something that wasn't posted by you? attention? I don't want attention. In fact, I find it quite ironic you have to make a post about something countless others have more than likely made a post about already. Whatever you did to go straight to permaban (Which seems highly unlikely) must not have been to good. and as for me being as bad as half these "kids wanting attention," This is a prime example of why you were banned. It's your choice of words. I know a green ribbon must mean nothing, (Friendly ribbon) but I guarantee you I'd handle the situation you were in a lot better, & for starters I would have never received a perma.

I dont know why you didnt just mute them. Its always good to make a few comments (without any kind of profanity or instigation) to defend yourself, but if they just keep hammering it onto you, then at that point you MUST assume they are trying to bait you into going full on rage mode in the chat so they have an excuse to report you.

At that point you have to think to yourself "ok, these people will NOT let up, they MUST be trying to bait me so they can have an excuse to report me, i will mute them now so i am not tempted to go full rage mode and give them an excuse."

Riot doesnt ban due to how many people report you in a match. A single match will not do it, you have to have a history of toxicity in order to be banned. Case in point, look at Forg1ven. He got a 4 day ban because he got reported in over 70% of the games he was in (in solo q) for toxicity. So its not just 1 or 2 games, you have to have a history of it to warrent that kind of a ban.
