Perma Banned and it's was totally unjust

So like I love how a whole entire team of smurfs tries to talk shit to me and dog me for not being stupid enough to run into them and kill myself like the rest of my team and yet after they harass me all game I respond to them but of course you guys wouldn't ban them or give me chat restrictions, hell you wouldn't even temp ban me. You guys are so biased and messed up that you don't even read the logs you just ban people if a team mass reports them. This is seriously some bullshit and I want this appealed or at least you ban the other accounts on that team that were far more toxic than I was and on top of that they harassed like crazy. Seriously Riot get your shit together just because you want the game to be family friendly and what not maybe you should consider actually reading logs and going through the reports. That's what your tribunal was for and that's why your ban waves go crazy ever since you decided Trib didn't get the job done. Seriously disappointed with this game. You aren't even giving temps anymore just straight to perma. I want my money back for all the items I bought or I want this to be just with both parties getting banned!

Reading your whole post as well as all the comments you have written below, it seems to me you loose your temper rather easily.

Being harassed a full game esp. when the game is unwinnable is frustrating for sure. However, like others have pointed out, just a single game is not enough to merit a perma-ban. The system just does not function that way; unless you went to extremes of toxicity w/ homophobic and racist slurs.

Either you have just gotten away w/ previous habitual toxic behavior which came to light finally w/ this game's reporting OR the system made an error which is highly unlikely but not impossible.

I am not judging whether or not you are guilty. I do not know since I have no SCs of your chat logs. You should definitely send a ticket and pursue it persistently with Riot Support until your issue is resolved. If they say you need to follow certain steps to see the incriminating logs, then go ahead and do as they ask and see the logs which led to your ban.

It's a 4 strike system. Once you get one punishment, you're escalated to the next one.

1st Punishment: 10 game chat restrict 2nd Punishment: 25 game chat restrict 3rd Punishment: 2 week ban 4th Punishment: Permanent ban

From the players point of view this is correct riot needs to read chat logs and see what was said before even the simple of punishments is set i got leaver buster bc my power whent off came back played the game we won then i got leaver buster ? thanks riot no one on my team even reported i sat there came back and split pushed now im being punished ? i feel it roit has honestly gone so far down hill its found a way through rock bottom

Before I read this post. . . -What happened to get you to your 14 day ban? -What happened to get you to the bans prior to that? -did you take the time to think about how expected this was?

I mean come on it's thread after thread of people acting so confused. You seriously don't just get banned. It doesn't just happen, & it's not like you don't receive punishment the first five or more bans. You seriously have to be on a whole other level of League-Rage if after your two day ban, one week ban, or even just a day ban you hop on, get into a match, say some things not expecting to be reported, & then act totally surprised when you get summoner 11 Did you just watch streams when you were banned before, & get mad whenever someone did something bad on the streamers video just to keep the anger fresh? I'm pretty sure if a rioter posted your chat-log on here it would look something like this:

Troll1: Spewing shit with bits of undissolved corn in it at you Tokekage: "stfu I'm not an idiot I would have died." Troll2: "But you are because you didn't go in" Troll1: 420blazeitswagyoloairhornx9001 Tokekage: possibly uses words like fuck, asshole, retard, dick, or anything else to fire back only making his case worse Troll3: "dude stfu you are terribruh!" Troll4: "We are smurfs" (& whatever else comes out of his mouth.) Tokekage: Still defending himself not realizing just how deep he is now even after having just finished a 14 day ban

End game screen turns dim, & a box with dreadful words of hard work being eradicated forever appear on the screen.

It was in that moment, that Tokekage realized. . . He don Goof'd And that's not including the other games that no one seems to have an excuse for. It's always that last match that everyone thinks was the only warning.

All you had to do? Troll1: Spewing shit with bits of undissolved corn in it at you Tokekage: Types /muteall into chat the rest of the game is silent, & Tokekage is free to vent out loud as it is faster, & slightly stress relieving.

Besides the obvious mention that you never get banned over a single game, you should have just muted the toxic parties and carried on with your game instead of partaking on the shit flinging.

I dont know why you didnt just mute them. Its always good to make a few comments (without any kind of profanity or instigation) to defend yourself, but if they just keep hammering it onto you, then at that point you MUST assume they are trying to bait you into going full on rage mode in the chat so they have an excuse to report you.

At that point you have to think to yourself "ok, these people will NOT let up, they MUST be trying to bait me so they can have an excuse to report me, i will mute them now so i am not tempted to go full rage mode and give them an excuse."

Riot doesnt ban due to how many people report you in a match. A single match will not do it, you have to have a history of toxicity in order to be banned. Case in point, look at Forg1ven. He got a 4 day ban because he got reported in over 70% of the games he was in (in solo q) for toxicity. So its not just 1 or 2 games, you have to have a history of it to warrent that kind of a ban.
