My buddy hasn't said a word in chat...only /ignored all EVERY game but then "pretended to play in lane" after 10 mins he ran down the lane.....DIDNT SAY WORD NOT ONE.... he hasn't gotten banned in 7 months...he has gotten 14 people charged with bad behavior based on the report notice.....How is this acceptable? lol

Lol, this guy even had "feeding" in his summoner name, which i didn't even notice until he was around 0/9. I mean dude tells Riot what he's going to do and still manages to get to lvl 30 and play ranked games.
