Perma Ban instead of Chat Restrinct

Hello, a month ago i got this pop up from riot telling me that i was Chat Res. for about 10 games, and yes i had a bad behavior but i don't understand why i can't even play if i got a chat ban instead of a perma ban,It says "You can't enter queue because you are currently banned from playing." , i don't know what to do cause that was my first chat res. in my acc and i don't want to start from 0 :(, if anybody can help me i will thank you.
