14 days ban without first warnings ? None message about ban.

Hello everyone

First of all i want to say sorry for my english. Before i mentaly accept that punishment and agree that was complete my fault i got some questions. I hope people here and someone from Riot will answer me . So basically my last ban was kinda long time ago. I dont really remember when it was for sure but i know i didnt get any ban long time. Today i had a game, from yesterday i had a lot of games with heat and hard people to cooperate. Today after one game that make me almost leave.( When im maximum pissed off, i saying that i gonna leave, but it never happend, i never leave even lane, i die sooner 100 times under tower trying defend it than going afk.) it was toxic game from me and i get ban instantly, 14 days ban, it means i had to be very bad to skip 2 warnings, was really i ? So this logs from my chat showing the game, where it was solo Q. At the lobby i was horrible flamed by one of the player name "Guardian Karma", he had the problem because i didnt choose teleport on top, i took ignite. He was very not nice to me from the start, things saying like dont be useless solo toper, dont protect dragon ofc etc. I wonder why they dont get insta ban also for flaming on me, the game can only save my bad words in logs, funny. By the way , so i tell him that i dont need to talk with u , or anyone else, because i didnt want to answer on lobby, but after loading of game, first words he said (something like that) wow useless solo top without teleport, so i nicely said that none need talk with u and better watch ur bot, he start to flame me and he said mute, so i said bb. Well he pissed me off then and i started to be a little agressive? I understand that i get ban for my bad language, but 14 days for answering to such negative guy like him, in hes way , and getting 14 days ban when hes not? I never feed on purpose, i never bought any mana item for non mana character, like mana crystal x 6 on garen for troll, i never do that in all my life. U cant find on my account any match any situation that i was trolling and loosing on purpose. This lulu, this guy was threaten me that he have my facebook somehow ???? And he gonna find me and ble ble and do something to me u know. I know that is possible, i dont know how ppl doing this, but its possible to get URL of my facebook profile from leauge of legend and threating after. I know 14 days means i dont know, i was talking in almost every game vs someone, because this people insulting me. And dont give me that advice like mute, because its possible to get Ban for no communication, if u dont have time to use signals on map, u can be reported for international feeding or helping enemy team or even negative attidute because u didnt help him because u didnt saw he actually dying under enemy tower when u back to base.

I feel bad with it, its not fair in my opinion, i feel like i get only that ban, and he didnt get anything, because for Riot it doesnt matter who started, it matters only numbers of reports, when they are premade and they probably 2x report u every game even if u talking with one guy, and they dont care about who make the most heat in match , and who was threating seriously, and who trollled to loose game because he didnt believe we can actually come back but we did and then he moved from spawn to kill minions from our nexus when we was pushing.

I dont think i am that toxic that i can very hurt someone to deserve to get ban for 14 days without warnings, when others flame troll and threat to real life on somebody. And they never will be punished untill they get good numbers of this reports . Because all is judged automatically, not personally, and this judge community its fake . Theres no unbans or case investigations for players, thats how they care about old community. Maybe i get perma ban for saying my opinion here about some stuff? Nothing will suprise me. I can count infinity games, from playing from season 3, where there was the players that feed 0-10 on purpose and afk, on purpose means going enemy tower lvl 1 because someone was argumenting on lobby with someone and game was lost not because enemy was that strong, but morals of the team drop down.

Wishing death on other players is never acceptable under any circumstances, and is definitely something that can cause you to escalate to harsher punishments. There's more to your chat than just this, such as a lot of insults, and I can go over it in more detail if you wish, but this is what stood out the most for me.

Something to keep in mind is that it doesn't matter what others say/do, their actions are never an excuse for your own toxic behavior. I know you said not to say this, but I'm going to anyway because it is relevant. If others are being toxic to you first, the proper response would be to mute/ignore them and report them after the game. Responding with your own toxic behavior, especially with death threats/wishes like you did, does nothing to help a situation, it only makes it worse. Riot has always had the stance that retaliating with your own toxic behavior is not acceptable and is punishable.

no it's not. Not communicating is not a punishable behavior, and never has been. While it used to be a report option a while back, it was a useless report for which no one ever got punished. I myself have gone through several games in the past with troublesome teammates where I did not say a single word, and I have never been punished for it.

You're correct that Riot doesn't really care who started a flame war, anyone who participates and adds to it is at fault. However, you're not correct that the total number of reports matters. Reports alone only flag a game for review by the system, but it only takes a single report to flag a game. Any additional reports won't make the system check any harder or faster for punishable behavior. This essentially means that even if your in game with a 4-man premade and they all report you, their 4 reports against you will only be treated as a single report. Riot made reports work this way specifically so that bigger premades do not have any extra power over solo players when it comes to reporting.

As for the others not being punished, it generally takes multiple games before someone is punished. You were pretty toxic over the course of multiple games, which is why you were punished. However, we don't know how often the other players behave like that. If they rarely behave like that, then that's likely why they weren't punished. This doesn't mean that their behavior was acceptable at all, just that they don't behave like that frequently enough to be caught by the system yet. If they continue that kind of behavior, though, they certainly will be punished.

EDIT: To be a bit more clear for the "no communication" part, what I mean is muting someone and not wanting to talk to them in chat because they are being toxic. In this scenario, you are using the mute function exactly the way it was intended, and there's no reason for Riot to punish you for that.

Im also on a 14 day ban which i believe is very unfair , you legit spoke more in 1 game than me in 3 games ive got reported . Also you legit insult people , you log says it all m8 , people have been perma banned for much less.. Consider yourself very lucky

How u can say that people have been perma banned for much less, i mean really how because there is private policy, u cant check that the guy u reported get ban, and actually get punishment for threating , its impossible to check. They giving perma bans for such small evidence like bad launguage, instead of feeding trolling and using scrypts that are hard to prove. I dont feel better. The punishment should help me understand how that system work, but i dont understand, and seems the developers wont help me explain.

I wonder why i dont have any messange on email from ban...

People saying much worse things, if it worth of 14 days ban, then threating or feeding and afking on ranked game what punishment deserve. What is worse, said something to get cooldowned and play to win, or say nothing but troll and buy blue items for non mana champion and then afk. Its not perma probably, but for "cancer" i should get perma yes , because i telling this to people for free, because i like ? Yeah i dont have nothing to do but to say 'cancer" in first minute of game. And u dont see what he told me .
