Yes, it is. You constantly berated your team for their performance, blamed them for the loss, and tried to get your team to give up. That's textbook "negative attitude".

Negative? Yes, but worth even a chat restriction? No, so why the heck is this guy now perma banned? He literally was a bit frustrated with the Cho'Gath's pick and how his team preformed. I'd even say when he was asking his team to FF he was mostly talking about himself, alot of it was about how he couldn't do anything right then and there, and I wouldn't really call that toxic.

It was fine-ish, until the last two lines of chat. I would say it was unsportsmanlike behavior, but I wouldn't really punish it unless it got worse. However, asking for someone to be reported is a punishable offense.

This may come as a surprise to you, but players will make mistakes and lose games sometimes. That doesn't give you the right to constantly berate them every time something doesn't go perfectly for you.

You've got to ask yourself a question: "What was my motivation for saying that?"

If the answer is that you wanted to criticize mistakes then you need to learn to let it go and focus on winning.

Mistakes happen in the past, any time spent arguing about them is time wasted not focusing on the future. Instead of saying, "why would you face check" you should probably have said, "be careful next time, they could be hiding in the bush again." Don't assume people are trying to ruin your experience, people make mistakes all the time. And criticizing them over it will either distract them and hurt their play if they are genuinely trying, or just encourage them to do it more if they are trolling.

If the answer is that you want your teammates to play better so you can win the game, then you just need to learn how to better communicate with your teammates in those situations.
